The Witch of Salem is a 1913 film. The two-reel production set in the Puritan days. Prudence, a beautiful orphan, beloved by Old Hastings's son, is accused and convicted of witchcraft. She is sentenced to being burned at the stake. "Her rescue, a fight with the Indians and other thrills are introduced."[1]
